Cancelling a subscription

If you wish to cancel your StoreTender subscription, you can easily do so from the Client Area of our website.

 

1) Log in to the Client Area.

2) On the Portal menu, select Services > My Services.

3) From the list of your services, select the subscription to cancel by clicking the arrow next to "View Details".

 

 

When you've completed and sent the form we will cancel based on your selection (immediate or end-of-term).

 

Please remember that no refunds are available for unused subscriptions. You are free to select end-of-term and use the service until it expires.
