Sometimes you just need to talk to someone about your issues. We can help with our Premium Support option. For just $25 a month (billed annually) you can request a priority call-back from our support staff when you need it. Premium Support subscribers also receive:
- First-response priority on all support tickets;
- Initial remote one-on-one training with our team (2 hours max), and;
- Initial remote installation and configuration of your software (3 computers max).
Support call-back hours are: Weekdays, 8 am to 5 pm PST, excluding holidays. Call-back support is available for the United States only.
- RF Server Module
Handheld Data Collection
Used in conjunction with the Worth Data LT7101H RF Terminal and Base, the StoreTender RF Server module allows for you to control up to 16 data collection terminals using a single computer. Speed up your daily tasks and work anywhere in your store, without a laptop. With the RF Server and Worth Data terminal you can:
- Perform shelf audits (price checks).
- Receive inventory.
- Print shelf labels (with PC connected label printer).
- Perform inventory counts.
Available for just $29/month (paid annually).
- Data Import Service
Save time & money
Don’t spend countless hours of your valuable time hand-keying in your inventory. If you have data from an existing POS system that you wish to import into StoreTender Online, we can help. Basic import services include up to two hours of technician time. Additional time is billed at $99 per hour, with your advanced approval. Once the initial fee is received you will receive email instructions on how to upload your data file for analysis.
